He later worked as a policy analyst and project manager in the field of international policy research at research institutes of the European Union in Dublin (Ireland) and Thessaloniki (Greece), as well as at the OECD in Paris (France). Miloš has also provided consulting services to a large number of foreign organizations and research teams.

Throughout his career, he researched a vast number of both academic and policy topics, ranging from creativity and social and emotional skills to work organization and lifelong learning. At the Center, we routinely collaborate with renowned professionals from leading academic institutions and international organizations, whenever we conclude that a project would benefit from an external expertise. This ensures our clients benefit from a diverse range of expertise and receive comprehensive, cutting-edge solutions from the best in the global expert community.

Our Approach

Principle of Added Value

The approach to potential clients that the Center for Psychology considers crucial in its operations is reflected in the “added value” principle. This principle ensures we only take on projects where our services demonstrably exceed the cost of engagement for our clients (individuals and organizations).

The added value principle is based on the idea that our role should not only be to provide services but also to make a contribution that exceeds the costs clients have invested in our engagement in employee wellbeing programs. Therefore, our goal is to enable our clients, both individuals and organizations, through expert advice, innovative solutions, and professional expertise in soft skills training for employees, to achieve real benefits that significantly outweigh their initial investments.

This approach ensures that our clients receive maximum value from our partnership in psychological assessment services and that their investment in our services pays off by improving targeted aspects. Additionally, such an approach strengthens our reputation as a consultancy that puts client interests at the forefront and builds long-term relationships based on mutual trust and achieved results in empirical psychology research.

The added value principle in the Center for Psychology’s work is implemented through an initial client needs analysis to identify specific goals and challenges in

services. Through this analysis, the Center for Psychology gains insight into opportunities to provide solutions and strategic advice that can bring real benefits to the client, thereby justifying the engagement costs.

After the initial analysis, selective project acceptance plays a crucial role in applying the added value principle. The Center for Psychology assesses whether our competencies and resources can provide added value in employee development programs, and based on this, decides whether to accept or decline the engagement. This approach ensures that the Center directs its focus and resources to projects where it can make a genuine difference in client achievements.
